What is the difference between Convert.ToInt32  and  Int32.TryParse methods ?
  1. 'Convert.Toint32' converts the value, where as 'Int32.TryParse' is for parsing .
  2. 'Convert.Toint32' allows null values, where as 'Int32.TryParse' do not allow null values.
  3. Possibility to throw exception if we use 'Convert.Toint32, but 'Int32.TryParse' do not throw exception.
  4. both are same .
