In which programming language you can achieve better modularity?
C++ supports better modularity, as it is class based. Which means all the code related to a class is put in one place. So you have more control over each module of the class or your project. At any given point of time you can plug a new compiled class into the project. Though one can argue that c also has pluggable functions, it is limited to only functions. you can't modularize the functions belonging to same properties into a class as c++ does. The advantage of modularity is that if you get any issues at run time, or if you want to enhance your project, then c++ will take less time compared to c, because modules have been defined very well and issues can be resolved easily.
